Blood Orange Smoothie



SMOOOOTHIES! I'm always blending up different variations to fuel my body and satisfy my taste buds. I don't have the best juicer and I feel so wasteful juicing. Carrots + Oranges are good sources of Vitamin A (beta-carotene) which is known as the powerhouse vitamin for our body and Vitamin C which a strong antioxidant for good overall health and preventing many diseases.

 

1 orange (I love blood oranges)

1 large organic carrot

1 Apple

1 tbsp of chia seeds

1 cup of water

5 ice cubes.

 

Place all ingredients into your Vitamix or other high powered blender. Blend until smooth
