Overnight Oats

Vegan + GF



These are easy, delicious, full of nutrients and can be made in a variety of ways. I love to make a whole mason jar full at a time to simplify this recipe even more.

 

Dry Ingredients:

2 cups of chia seeds

1 cup of organic oats

1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup of sunflower seeds

1/4 cup of gogji berries

2 tbsp of organic cinnamon 

 

Liquid Ingredients:

1.5 cups of non dairy milk of choice 

1 tsp of vanilla extract

 

Add 3/4 cup of dry ingredients into a small jar, add liquids and shake until well blended. Put into the fridge overnight. Add cut fruit of your choice on top.

* My favourite is mango and raspberries
