Raw Fermented Coconut Yogurt

INGREDIENTS
2 cans of full fat organic coconut milk
2 probiotic caps (any multi strain probiotic)
1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
Optional: Can add 1 tbsp cocoa + or 2 tbsp of maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Empty the can of coconut milk into a glass bowl and whisk until smooth.
Add vanilla + break open the two capsules of probiotic and sprinkle over coconut milk.
Add cocoa if desired.
Whisk together gently until smooth
Pour into large mason jars ( 2 quart jars )
Cover with cheese cloth or abeego wax covers and place in a warm environment for 24 hours.
You know its fermenting when you see a release of bubbles and it will have a slight sour taste.
Add maple syrup if desired.
Refrigerate for up to 10 days.
